How does it work?

You may mix metric and anglic values in the input; e.g. weight in pound and height in centimeter. In case you give both inches and centimeters (or kilogramm and pound) this calulator will use the metric values. All results are circumferrences.

This calculation is made for men with 10% bodyfat and bases upon the relations of bodyparts as used in arts for sculpturing well formed athletes. The results are recommendations. They are not the only possibility to look good.
