Recomendation
This calculator works best on men from 30 to 40 years of age. Everyone else should use a calculator that fits better (e.g. the Jackson/Pollock 3folds-formula). Men younger than 20 years shouldn't use this formula at all: it's too unprecise for them.The locations:
1) Scapula fold: A diagonal fold on the back, at the lower edge of the scapula. Angle of inclination should be 45°, clockwise.
2) Triceps fold: A vertical fold at mid of the upper arms backside.3) Biceps fold: A vertical fold at the upper arms frontside, half way between shoulder and ellbow.
4) Hip fold: A diagonal fold straight over the pelvis, close to the navel. Angle of inclination should be 30°, clockwise.
